Our shop uses PayPal, which supports all major credit & debit cards. Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address.
Returns and Defects
We meticulously design and craft our pieces to give you the best value possible. All our jewelry is inspected for manufacturing defects upon receipt from our workshop and again before the jewelry is shipped to you, and all our pieces are individually handmade. Very rarely do problems or hidden defects occur.
We repair any defects that result from flaws in the manufacturing process, free of charge, within one year of the purchase date, as long as they have not already changed hands to a third-party customer. This policy therefore excludes jewelry that has already been sold from our retail partners to their customers. Replacement does not apply for cases of broken jewelry due to customer damage (stepped on, dropped on hard-surface floors, chipped stones etc.)
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase after recieving it, we will provide a refund within 10 business days. Refunds do include a 10% stocking fee to cover the cost of the transactions and handling. We recommend that our retail partners maintain a returns and/or repairs policy for their customers that is commensurate with industry standards. We want you and your customers to be delighted with our jewelry. We welcome any comments or suggestions that could help us improve!
Repairs are available for you at our workshop. Please contact us if you need repairs done and would like to get an approximate quote. Although we do not provide refunds to third-party customers, we are glad to provide them with repair services. If your organization does not have a workshop, feel free to forward your customers to us for repairs. We maintain strict loyalty to our retail partners with whom we do business, and are not involved in the direct business-to-consumer marketplace, aside from occasionally doing paid repairs. Please pack all returns securely and insure your package.
Shipping to the US and in Mexico
Shipments go out same-day or the day after the order is made, depending on the size of the order and whether it requires the procurement of any special or rare items. Shipping in the United States and Mexico is free and takes three to five business days. We ship first-class mail and will forward you a tracking number once we send your order. If there is any unlikely logistics delay on our end, we will let you know about it as soon as possible and will continue to keep you updated.
Shipping Outside the US and Mexico
Please contact us if you are located outside the US or Mexico and would like to make an order. Shipping times on orders outside the Americas can vary greatly due to customs activities. Parcels typically take 2-3 weeks to some locations outside the US and Mexico. In rare cases, they can take longer. 45 days must pass before an international insurance claim can be filed for a refund. Currently there is no tracking available on international first-class packages once they leave Mexico.
Please contact your own country’s customs requirements for additional information, as they may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs or duties at the time of delivery. Any additional costs imposed by a regional authority are outside our control. With every order, we state the price paid on the customs form and include an invoice.
Custom Work and Manufacturing Partnerships
If you have a shop or brand and are interested in providing us with a jewelry design that you would like us to manufacture/replicate for you, let us know. Contracts for custom made pieces are only available for orders of $25,000 and above per calendar year, with a maximum of five custom pieces per contract (we don’t have the resources to produce dozens of new designs while maintaining production obligations to our ongoing partnerships). We cannot produce one-off custom made jewelry pieces unless you are interested in purchasing them in bulk.
